My SaaS-y Story…
Hi! I’m Hilary Castro, owner and founder of Castro & Co. For more than 12 years, I’ve been helping organizations save time and money by streamlining and optimizing systems. I love solving puzzles and have always had an eye for seeing how the pieces come together.
In my career roles at various organizations, including the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, I’ve been the implementer and the streamliner. I would spot inefficiencies and quickly identify better, more effective ways to get things done. I love metrics and data and have seen firsthand the power of systems to help an organization move forward.
In every job that I had, I found myself cleaning up systems and reverse engineering processes to achieve the desired outcome. It was then I discovered what databases and technology can really do.
As I began to network with more and more small business owners, I saw a need to help them leverage technology to its fullest potential. There are so many tools available that promise to save time and money - from automations, to workflows, to drip campaigns. But those so-called “solutions” are only truly solutions if they actually work for you.
From overwhelm, to not knowing where to start, to slow team adoption rates, to a confusing mess of software that didn’t actually fit together, and trying to understand technical jargon - I saw so many business owners get bogged down by the very thing that was supposed to help free them up.
That’s why I launched Castro & Co.
My passion is making your tech and systems tools work for you - so you can get back to doing the work you love.
My business is to serve your business and make things better and easier for you to do what you do.
Relationships are my number one core value, and I’m an active networker and connector.
It’s important to me to build genuine trust, and I take that very seriously. I believe that honesty and reliability are key to successful relationships - both business and personal!
I’m also a proud wife and mom to two kids and three dogs, and I love to be outside. Springtime is one of favorite seasons, as it starts my annual gardening ritual - with hope for a successful growing season! Fall brings in the harvesting season for many of my favorite crops. I love finding new ways to explore the flavors of my garden while cooking and baking in the kitchen, watching football, and enjoying the changing Autumn landscape. For fun, I love to read, camp, and explore all of the beautiful places throughout Colorado. I love to try new experiences and have an unquenchable hunger for learning new things!
